Online Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Mirena’s Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist with a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We're happy to help, here's how the process works.
1. Return Eligibility
Items purchased through our online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
· Be unused and unworn
· Be in their original condition
· Include all original packaging and/or shoe boxes
· Have all tags attached
· Be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Please include:
· Your order number
· The item you wish to exchange
· The reason for the exchange
· The replacement item requested
Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
4. Returning Online Orders In Store
Online purchases may be returned in person at our retail location.
Please bring:
· Your original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation
· The item in its original condition with tags attached
· The same payment card used for the original purchase, if available
Please note that refunds for online orders are not processed at store level and will be completed through our online payment system. Approved refunds generally require 2–3 business days to process.
Online exchanges may also be initiated in store; however, exchange approval and processing may require additional review.
5. Returning Items by Mail
If you are unable to visit our store, you may return eligible items by mail.
Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation and send your package to:

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by Mirena’s Fashions in advance.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Tights
· Undergarments, including bras, underwear, dance belts, and body liners
· Worn dance shoes
· Apparel with tags removed
· Hair accessories
· Hair pieces and extensions
· Jewellery
· Makeup and cosmetic products
· Clearance, discounted, or marked-down merchandise
· Special order items
· Any item specifically identified as Final Sale
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, no exceptions can be made.
7. Special Orders
Special order items are ordered specifically on behalf of the customer and are considered Final Sale.
Once a special order has been confirmed with the supplier, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is determined to be defective under manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Estimated arrival times may vary depending on supplier availability.
8. Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Manufacturer warranties and policies vary by brand and product type.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable consumer protection laws.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment.
9. European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Subject to applicable exemptions, EU customers may cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Mirena’s Fashions in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period by emailing:

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation request and must be in their original condition.
Certain products may be exempt from the Right of Withdrawal due to health and hygiene regulations once opened, worn, or unsealed. These may include, but are not limited to:
· Tights
· Undergarments
· Body liners
· Hair pieces
· Hair accessories
· Cosmetic products
Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with European consumer protection requirements.
10. Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to supplement, and not replace, any rights provided to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers may be entitled to additional rights under the laws of their province, state, country, or jurisdiction of residence.
