Return & Refund Policies

There are three ways to return items purchased online:

1) IN STORE: Return an Item for refund in store

We gladly accept product returns for refund on unworn, unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unused, in their original package/box, tags must be attached to garments along with original proof of purchase. This policy does not apply to final sale items. See below for our policy on final sale items.

  • Tights
  • Undergarments (i.e., bras, underwear and/or body liners)
  • Apparel with the tags removed
  • Worn dance shoes
  • Hair accessories / hair pieces/extensions, jewellery and makeup (for sanitary reasons)
  • Clearance/ marked down items
  • Special Orders

2) ONLINE: Return an item for refund online

Online purchases may be dropped off at the store to be returned, credit will take 2-3 days to be processed. Make sure to bring the original receipt, tags attached and the same card used to purchase the item online with you for the return.

Online purchases cannot be exchanged at store level. 

3) BY MAIL: Return an Item for refund by mail

Package the item(s) you want to return, along with the copy of your receipt / invoice, and send it via Canada Post, using a tracking number for your own protection, to the following address. Final sale policies apply.

Shipping and handling charges will apply on your own accord.

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase!

Simply email us at - explaining what item you would like to exchange, why, and what you would like to exchange it for. 


Along with the original proof of payment (receipt), to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, tags still on, and within 30 days of the purchase. 

You may drop off the item in store or by mail via Canada Post (shipping and handling charges will be applied on your own accord).

Once the item is inspected and approved for the exchange, the item you are exchanging it for will then be shipped.

Manufacturer - Products Considered Defective 

Products considered defective:

Manufacturer warranties vary depending on the brand and type of product. If you believe that the items you purchased has a manufacturers defect, please contact us immediately and we will gladly consider the matter. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible once the item has been received. 

You may return the defected item in store or via Canada Post. (See address above). 

Once the returned item has been received, we will fully examine the product. We will then notify you, within a reasonable period of time via email, whether you are entitled to a return.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price plus applicable tax (shipping and handling is non-refundable) and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
